**The Opportunity**
This role will be responsible for leading the Strategic pricing and Gross-to-Net (GTN) practice in EPD (Established Pharmaceutical Division) Brazil to maximize sustainable profitability and drive business growth, working closely with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams in key affiliates/markets.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with profitability and competitiveness goals.
+ Lead GTN optimization (discounts, rebates, bonuses, commercial terms) in coordination with main areas and Latam team.
+ Establish and maintain governance for RGM across key markets and the Latam region.
+ Identify pricing and GTN improvement opportunities to drive top-line and bottom-line growth.
+ Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Commercial on strategic alignment and financial planning
+ Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards for RGM KPIs
+ Track and monitor RGM initiatives and their impact vs Target.
+ Ability to influence cross-functional teams
**Required Qualifications**
+ Education: engineering, finance or business-related field (or equivalent)
+ Strong knowledge of pricing structures, profitability analysis, and GTN management. (preferred in pharmaceutical companies or healthcare ecosystem)
+ Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
+ Financial modeling and analytical skills. (i.e. Elasticity modeling)
+ Minimum of 6 years in Revenue Growth Management, Strategic Pricing, Profitability/Margin Improvement, or Commercial Finance.
+ Advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written).
+ MBA preferred.
+ Ability to influence and work in multicultural matrix environments.
