We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for a qualified **Geotechnical Engineer** to support the design and delivery of geotechnical elements within a major multidisciplinary development program, covering residential, infrastructure, commercial, tourism, and logistics sectors. The Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for analyzing soil and subsurface conditions, assisting in foundation design, and supporting geotechnical investigations and reporting to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable engineering solutions. **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Assist in planning and supervising geotechnical site investigations, including borehole logging, sampling, and testing. + Analyze soil and rock data to support foundation and earthworks design. + Prepare geotechnical reports, including design recommendations, slope stability assessments, and bearing capacity evaluations. + Coordinate with civil, structural, and environmental teams to integrate geotechnical findings into design. + Review laboratory test results and correlate with in-situ conditions. + Support construction teams with geotechnical-related technical clarifications and recommendations. + Ensure geotechnical work complies with local regulations, international codes, and project specifications. **What Required Skills You’ll Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. + Minimum 8 years of experience in geotechnical investigation, design, or construction support. + Familiarity with geotechnical analysis tools such as PLAXIS, GEO5, Settle3D, or similar. + Good understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design, and slope stability. + Ability to interpret site investigation data and contribute to technical documentation. + Strong communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments. **What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:** + Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field. + Experience with large-scale infrastructure or land development projects. + Familiarity with Middle East geotechnical conditions and regulatory environment. + Exposure to BIM and digital geotechnical data integration. + Commitment to safety, quality, and innovation in engineering.
