As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, conduct field data analysis, and produce high-quality technical reports. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3–10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering (minimum 2 years considered). + Proactive attitude and strong communication skills. + Familiarity with CAD is a plus. + Professional engineering certification preferred. + Ability to operate in a small business environment. + The potential to bring client relationships is advantageous. Work Environment The position is based in Ft Lauderdale with flexible working hours (7 am–4 pm, 8 am–5 pm, or 9 am–6 pm). The role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits to project locations, mainly in Broward and Dade counties, with some projects extending to WPB and beyond. The work setting offers a flexible and entrepreneurial environment with a tight-knit team of 23 employees. Although no company truck is provided, the environment encourages professional growth and meaningful contributions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
