What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with operations to develop drilling programs and manage drill projects, including planning, cost estimation, supervision, and reporting
Assist with reserve and resource calculations, pit shell evaluations, and volume estimations for mining operations
Create technical maps, drawings, and documentation using AutoCAD and other tools for mine planning and reporting
Participate in geological fieldwork, data collection, and environmental assessments
Support health and safety initiatives across field and office activities
What Are We Looking For
3rd or 4th year student working toward a degree in Geology or Engineering Geology
Experience in open pit mining and with AutoCAD or mining software is considered an asset
Strong observation, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a valid driver’s license and personal transportation
