Geo Expert Partner Program Manager - Americas

Our Partner Engagement Experience (PEX) Team focuses on continuously optimizing partner interactions and delivering exceptional experiences. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the Americas Expert Partner Program team, managing experts across NA and LATAM. This individual will play a key role in implementing Americas programs, policies & processes, and incentives  ensuring effective execution across geographies to drive partner performance locally.
The Program Manager of the Geo Expert Team will oversee the implementation and execution of Americas partner engagement strategies across all geographies. This role ensures that Americas programs, policies, and processes are adapted and executed effectively in each region to maximize partner performance.

What you will do:

Regional Alignment & Execution:

Ensure alignment of global partner engagement strategies across regional teams.

Collaborate with global leadership to cascade priorities and translate them into actionable local strategies.

Work closely with geo leaders to localize program content and ensure regional relevance.

Regional Program Input & Bi-Directional Communication:

Collaborate effectively and proactively enlist input from across the geo team, ensuring their feedback is represented at the global level.

Maintain open channels of communication to relay regional insights and updates between global leadership and local teams.

Establish trusted relationships with regional partner sales leaders and partner account managers.

Coordination, Delivery, and Activation:

Oversee the delivery and activation of partner programs in-region, ensuring content is adapted to meet local needs.

Act as the primary point of contact for the geo on all program-related matters, taking full ownership and accountability without relying on others to perform these responsibilities.

Facilitate resources, training, and updates for the partner sales team to enhance their partner-facing experience.

Provide proactive support to ensure successful implementation of global programs and address any operational challenges as they arise.

Localization of Programs and Incentives:

Ensure that global programs and incentives are customized to address local market dynamics and partner expectations.

Collaborate closely with regional teams to adjust program structure, resources, and messaging as needed.

Partner Engagement Initiatives:

Lead in the creation and support of in-region partner engagement initiatives that drive sales enablement and program adoption.

Ensure all regional ecosystem teams are informed, updated, and equipped with the necessary information and deliverables.

Program Analytics and Performance Tracking:

Track and report on in-region program performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.

Provide actionable insights based on partner analytics to support strategic decision-making and program improvement.

Lifecycle Support and Feedback for Global Teams:

Offer continuous lifecycle support for partner programs and provide structured feedback to global teams for program improvements.

Actively participate in global discussions on program evolution and lifecycle activities to represent the needs and successes of regional teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic thinker who takes ownership and responsibility to ensure alignment and execution of global strategies. This individual is proactive, solutions-oriented, and skilled at fostering relationships to drive impact across diverse geographies. Extensive experience working directly with partners and understanding their challenges is critical. This role requires a balance of strategic insight and hands-on program execution to ensure success in managing regional ecosystem initiatives. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

The salary range for this position is $106,910.00 - $176,470.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
