Labcorp Genetics is seeking a motivated, self-starter to join a team of genetic counselors to support busy maternal fetal medicine practices in San Diego, CA.  This individual will be responsible for providing in-person and virtual comprehensive prenatal genetic counseling services and may also support our Results Reporting Programs.

Please note: this is a hybrid position; working both onsite and remotely. The Genetic Counselor may be required to work onsite in the San Diego and/or greater Southern California area and work remotely/from home.  However, this is not a 100% remote position. Candidates must be located in the Southern California area or be willing to relocate.

Requirements:

MA/MS in Human Genetics/Genetic CounselingABGC/ABMG certification or active candidate status requiredHighly organized, including excellent time management skillsStrong multi-tasking ability with excellent attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and oralStrong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay Range: $94,000 - $125,000

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
