Our expert team delivers world-class, comprehensive, and compassionate care to patients and families affected by bleeding, clotting, and other hematologic conditions. As a **Genetic Counselor (GC)** , you’ll educate, assess risk, interpret genetic information, and support patients through informed decision-making regarding their care and options. **You will serve individuals with:** + Bleeding and clotting disorders + Hemoglobinopathies + Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) + Lymphatic or vascular anomalies + Other rare hematologic or suspected genetic conditions **What You'll Do:** + Review medical/family history and assess genetic risks + Provide comprehensive, culturally sensitive genetic counseling + Coordinate and interpret genetic testing + Document findings and update family pedigrees in the IHI Genetics Registry + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop patient plans + Offer support and education related to reproductive options and diagnosis-specific needs + Attend case conferences and contribute to ongoing education and resource development + Participate in outreach and occasional travel to serve regional patients (1–2x/month) **What You Bring:** + Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling or related field + ABGC or ACMG board certification (or board-eligible) + 3+ years of relevant experience + Indiana Genetic Counseling License (or ability to obtain) + Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle + A passion for patient-centered care and genetic education **Pay Details:** $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://uat.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance **Massachusetts Candidates Only:** It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
