Genesys Solution Consultant – INTL India
Job Description We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Genesys Cloud Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to clients implementing or optimizing Genesys Cloud CX solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design tailored contact center solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of Genesys Cloud CX solutions. • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. • Develop and implement routing strategies, IVR flows, integrations, and reporting solutions. • Provide technical guidance and best practices for Genesys Cloud architecture, APIs, and integrations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and client stakeholders. • Deliver training and enablement sessions to clients and internal teams. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-deployment. • Document solution designs, configurations, and operational procedures. Skills and Requirements - Strong customer facing skills - Genesys Cloud implementation Experience, - IVR and Call Flow design experience - 10+ years of experience in contact center technologies, with at least 5+ years in Genesys Cloud CX. - Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud features including Architect, routing, integrations, and analytics.
