**Job Description** Support bartenders by maintaining stock levels, keeping the bar clean and organized, and assisting with prep tasks during busy shifts. Maintain the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the work space. **Job Responsibilities** + Assists with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring that bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc. + Ensures bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer + Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity + Monitor stock levels and notify bartenders or managers when supplies run low. + Keeps the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles + Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas + Clean up spills, broken glass, or other hazards quickly and safely. + Checks taps and appliances to ensure that they are working properly and changing out kegs + Maintains excellent guest service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. + Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation + Ensures security of company assets **Compensation Data** position pays $15.00 per hour. **Qualifications** + Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends + Previous food service or bar experience preferred + Individuals under 21 may not directly serve or sell alcohol, but may assist in support roles that do not involve handling alcoholic beverages + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Positive attitude and professional appearance + Fast-paced multitasking ability + This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
