\nWhat will I be doing?
\nDishwashing & Equipment Support
\n\nOperate industrial dishwashers and clean all cooking utensils, kitchen equipment, glassware, silverware, and chinaware.\nRestock clean items in the designated locations for line cooks, servers, and team members' dining areas.\nPolish silverware and specialty service items as assigned.\n\nSanitation & Waste Management
\n\nMaintain clean workstations, storage areas, and dish stations in compliance with Aruba health and sanitation codes.\nEmpty and sanitize trash containers regularly and transport waste to designated collection areas.\nSeparate recyclables and follow hotel waste management and sustainability guidelines.\n\nStocking & Logistics
\n\nReceive and store deliveries of dry goods and kitchen supplies in the correct storage areas.\nOrganize and rotate inventory to ensure proper usage and maintain cleanliness and order.\n\nSafety & Cleanliness
\n\nClean floors, walls, and prep areas to prevent slips, falls, and contamination.\nUse and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with hotel and OSHA standards.\nEnsure proper handling of linen by keeping soiled laundry separate from clean inventory.\nWhat are we looking for?
