Join our maintenance team as a General Trades Technician, responsible for general maintenance and repair across various areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. Responsibilities

Conduct general maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment. Respond to service requests and perform preventative maintenance. Install, repair, and evaluate facility systems. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety practices. Operate plant equipment and manage maintenance tools and inventory. Available for on-call services as required. 

 

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Trade Certification a plus. 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance. Valid driver’s license and insurance; EPA certification is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions. Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
