Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient General Technician (Painter) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our maintenance and renovation crew, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces in residential and commercial properties.

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primerMix and match paint colors to meet project specificationsApply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipmentPerform basic carpentry and drywall repairs as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipmentCollaborate with other technicians and team members on larger projectsEstimate time and materials needed for each jobProvide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

Qualifications2-3 years of professional painting experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentProficiency in various painting techniques, including brush, roller, and spray paintingStrong color mixing and matching skillsExperience with surface preparation and basic carpentry/drywall repairKnowledge of safety procedures and proper use of protective equipmentAbility to work efficiently and meet project deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsPhysical stamina to stand, climb, and lift heavy objects for extended periodsValid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sitesVocational training in painting is preferredBasic understanding of construction and renovation practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong communication skills in English
