**A day in the life of a General Services Specialist**
In this diverse and hands-on role, you’ll ensure the day-to-day operations of the office are seamless and efficient. Your scope will include a wide variety of responsibilities across administration, vendor coordination, facility support and leadership assistance:
+ Creating purchase orders and managing PRs for departments where a conflict of interest applies (HR, Finance, Legal, P2P, SC, RSA, QA, Executive Management)
+ Supporting cost tracking and internal orders (office supplies, Baby Food program, general office consumption)
+ Preparing monthly reports related to taxi, travel, courier services, and business entertainment expenses
+ Providing support in SHE documentation and ad hoc health and safety reporting
+ Registering all incoming contracts and managing vendor documentation
+ Coordinating car fleet usage, bookings, maintenance and rent-a-car services
+ Managing fixed assets and acting as General Services custodian for Croatia
+ Handling all tasks related to office facility management in Zagreb
+ Serving as Security Champion backup and conducting regular office safety and security checks
+ Providing full support to NimCom members: scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, coordinating travel and expenses
+ Organizing internal events and company gatherings
+ Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal notices
+ Greeting guests, handling front office phone lines, and ensuring smooth first impressions
+ Coordinating employee travel and lodging arrangements
+ Updating internal contact lists and maintaining accurate records

**What will make you successful?**
+ University degree in a relevant field (preferred)
+ 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative, operational or facility role
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills
+ A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask
+ Strong sense of responsibility and discretion when handling confidential data
+ Valid driving license and excellent driving skills
+ Advanced MS Office skills
+ Fluency in English and Croatian, both written and spoken
