Transport a wide range of medical supplies, specimens, meals, and technology materials needed for our Advanced Care at Home program. Patients receive primary care through a 24-hour technology platform in their homes and the technicians support the clinical team to ensure services are provided flawlessly. Most of the shift will be spent in a company-owned vehicle, safely driving and transporting medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, lab specimens, patient meals, technology equipment, and related materials. Ability to conduct functional check of Mayo configured routers, and other Mayo network devices. Ability to operate a handheld device with tracking software throughout the transportation cycle. Conducts vehicle inspections and maintains a clean, orderly, and sufficiently stocked vehicle. Troubleshooting of departmental technology equipment daily, ensuring all equipment is fully functional and is recalibrated between patients. Inventory of departmental supplies and ordering as needed. Must demonstrate professionalism when dealing with medical and allied health staff, patients, and others. Highly proactive team player that adapts quickly to any changes in procedure, schedule, or equipment in a positive manner. Demonstrates willingness to remain flexible while performing any tasks or duties as requested by supervisor or lead. Maintains a professional demeanor when concerns and problems are brought to their attention. Seeks to gather necessary information to understand the presented situation in detail before offering possible resolution(s). Always demonstrates a courteous and cooperative manner. Manages altercations and emergency situations in an effective and professional manner. Demonstrates strict confidentiality in the dissemination of information. Immediately reports any hazardous conditions to department supervisor, lead and Security as required. **Qualifications** EDUCATION : High School diploma or equivalent required. EXPERIENCE : Relevant customer service or technical industry.
