**Job Title: General Production Workers**
**Job Description**
General production workers are responsible for inspecting wood for defects and marking them accordingly. The role involves physical tasks such as lumber stacking or more detailed work in the inspection area. Workers must be reliable, capable of standing for entire shifts, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect wood for defects and mark them accurately.
+ Pick up and stack lumber from the production line with similar wood.
+ Work in either lumber stacking, which is physically demanding, or inspection, which requires attention to detail.
+ Participate in daily overtime as needed at the end of the regular workday.
**Essential Skills**
+ Reliability to maintain steady attendance and performance.
+ Ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 50 lbs for 8-12 hours a day.
+ Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a fast-paced manufacturing setting where employees work in teams on production lines. The dress code includes T-shirts, jeans, and steel-toe boots. Shifts vary with start times at 6:00 am, 7:00 am, or 8:00 am, and may include Saturdays.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beavertown, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
