**Job Title: General Production Worker - Day & Graveyard** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker for our graveyard shift to produce and pack products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will understand and follow recipes and written instructions, maintain a clean and sanitary work area, operate equipment safely and efficiently, and work effectively in a team environment under GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines. **Responsibilities** + Produce and/or pack product to specification. + Understand and follow recipes and written instructions. + Maintain work area in a clean and sanitary condition. + Operate equipment safely and efficiently as needed for each job. + Work in a team environment and perform under GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines. + Identify potential defects in products and bring attention to the issue. + Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and safe food handling. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Flexibility to work in various departments and change roles as needed. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production, packaging, and general labor. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a food manufacturing facility. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees by offering a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees.
