**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description**

**Responsibilities**
+ Perform light assembly on sign letters.
+ Engage in small hands work with precision.
+ Read and interpret instructions accurately.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production, general labor, and general production roles.
+ Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).

**Work Environment**
Work in a smaller shop environment with a close-knit team of 14 employees. Our process flow includes design, print, fabrication (welding/bending/routing), paint, electrical, and installation, ensuring a diverse and engaging work experience.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
