Job Description
Join a collaborative team supporting the construction industry by preparing and assembling steel materials. This hands-on role involves operating various machinery to cut and prepare steel components for assembly. We’re looking for adaptable team players who are open to rotating through different tasks and learning new skills.
Responsibilities

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility that gets hot. Training will occur on the first shift for approximately 4–6 weeks, followed by moving to the second shift with a $2/hour differential. Standard 8-hour shifts with frequent 9-hour days, and flexibility for 10-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays. Overtime is paid for any hours over 8 per day and all Saturday hours, with no more than two consecutive mandated Saturdays.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.00/hr.
