Job Title: General Production WorkerJob Description

Cell Operators will be stationed at their own designated cell, tasked with taking rubber products for the automotive industry through the production cycle. The process steps are nearly identical regardless of which cell one is placed in. Operators will be responsible for filling molding tools with metal rings, operating machines, cooling and inspecting products, and ensuring quality control.

ResponsibilitiesFill molding tools with metal rings.Operate machinery to mold rubber products.Use an air brush to cool products.Inspect products for defects such as air bubbles or rips in the rubber.Document shift logs, including maintenance performed and production goals.Perform quality checks using a binder outlining specific defects.Work with multiple tools or batches simultaneously.Essential SkillsAbility to lift 35 lbs 30 times per hour.Standing for the full shift.Reading and understanding English.Strong communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsEnthusiasm about the opportunity.Ability to work safely and follow quality standards.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled facility with shifts that vary based on the cell. Operate in a true eight-hour shift system where breaks are included. PPE is provided, including gloves, safety glasses, and Kevlar sleeves. Operators can wear shorts and regular shoes, with no hearing protection required. Smoking and tobacco use are prohibited on the property.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
