**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** As a General Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production process runs smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include recording and counting cases of containers, dumping empty containers on the dump table, inspecting the quality of containers, labels, and codes while re-casing filled containers, and repacking and sealing containers safely and efficiently. You will also maintain count of cases produced to ensure the production plan is achieved and tend to the case sealer and the case coding unit. **Responsibilities** + Record and count cases of containers dumped for each order. + Dump empty containers on the dump table. + Inspect quality of containers, labels, and codes while re-casing filled containers. + Repack and seal containers safely and efficiently. + Maintain count of cases produced to ensure production plan is achieved. + Tend to the case sealer and the case coding unit. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor. + Understanding of food safety regulations. + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. + Machine operation skills. + Packaging and inspection experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to maintain work area in an organized, sanitary, and safe condition. + Responsibility for food product quality and safety. + Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift and perform manual labor. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a Contract to Hire (C2H) opportunity with excellent benefits once direct. Please note there is a strong scent in the working area. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lyndonville, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.40 - $18.40/hr.
