**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated manufacturing workers to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis for all shifts. This opportunity has arisen due to increased demand and the expansion of our customer base. As a general production worker, you will play a vital role in assembling parts of plastic containers used in the Automotive and Agricultural industries. **Responsibilities** + Assemble parts of plastic containers for the Automotive and Agricultural industries. + Work on a variety of shifts including 8-12 hour shifts. + Adhere to safety protocols and complete orientation and safety packet information from home before your first day. + Report to your designated shift at the start time. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 35 lbs. + Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in general labor, production, or assembly within a manufacturing environment is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth. The dress code is relaxed, allowing for shorts; however, note that steel-toed shoes are not required. Please be aware that the facility is non-smoking, with designated smoking areas located off-property on public roads. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bardstown, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
