Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated General Production Worker to join our team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with responsibilities in both the Masking and Racking departments. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient communication, maintain a safe workplace, and support operational needs.
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and safe workplace following company policies.Communicate effectively with management and employees.Perform related duties as assigned to support operations.Create cutouts from Catia models for new and old parts.Inspect completed jobs for proper masking.Track and move jobs to the next process upon completion.Assist the Masking department as needed.Perform masking verification for new parts using the quality dashboard.Contact customers for blueprints and Catia models as needed.Keep blueprints and revisions updated.Apply masking tape, caps, plugs, and liquid maskants to parts based on work instructions and blueprints.Inspect parts for damage or defects prior to masking.Follow detailed technique cards and purchase orders for masking requirements.Communicate with inspectors and supervisors regarding masking concerns or quality issues.Assist in other production tasks as needed, such as cleaning, prepping, or post-processing.Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.Determine the priority of jobs to begin preparation for processing.Select appropriate racking procedures according to the size, shape, and number of objects to be processed.Clip objects to rack or hoist for processing and remove parts after processing.Complete paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.Essential Skills
Experience with masking, packaging, racking, and packing parts.Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities.Ability to perform basic assembly and general labor tasks.Flexibility to work in multiple departments, particularly between Racking and Masking.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
The work environment is manufacturing-based, with temperatures that may fluctuate with outside weather conditions. Personal Protective Equipment such as safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and a respirator will be provided and may be required. The environment may have chemical odors. The work schedule primarily involves the 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday from 9 PM to 5:30 AM, with potential for 1st and 2nd shifts as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.76 - $20.76/hr.
