Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our manufacturing team for a temporary period of 2-3 months. This opportunity arises from the need to fulfill a significant order from a customer.
ResponsibilitiesSupport production by cleaning production and general shop areas, tools, and taking out garbage.Set up cells and assist in product assembly.Operate various machines including automatic and manual chuckers, CNC lathes, vertical mills, multi-press, reamer/drill taps, testers, paint booth, and forklift.Maintain safety and quality standards throughout operations.Ensure continuous production flow and operations.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.Collaborate productively and professionally with team members.Contribute to daily improvement efforts by sharing observations and ideas.Repair machines as needed, demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude.Perform janitorial duties as necessary, maintaining a positive attitude towards all tasks.Essential SkillsGeneral mechanical aptitude.Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.Capability to lift up to 50lbs.Ability to follow directions and solve problems.Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic operating skills in general labor, machine operation, packing, lathe, and assembly.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a small machine shop with 6 machines and a paint line. The facility is not heated, but is equipped with air conditioning. Employees should be comfortable with the smell of oil and working with acetone for sealant assembly lines. The machinery is older, reflecting the company's long-standing history since 1938. The shift is from 7am to 3:30pm, with voluntary overtime available. Attire includes a work shirt, jeans, and steel-toed shoes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
