**Job Title: General Production Worker** **2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Bakery Workers. These roles go beyond simple packing tasks, as employees will assist operators across various departments. **Responsibilities** + Material Handling & Inventory: Supply raw materials, move finished products, maintain accurate counts, and manage packaging material inventory. + Production Support: Work in packaging, processing, or mixing with daily assignment changes; operate equipment including grinders and tape machines. + Cleanliness & Safety: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe; comply with GMP requirements and company policies. + Documentation & Compliance: Complete paperwork accurately and timely; prepare skid tags and documentation; perform SPC data entry and quality/food safety testing. + Warehouse Coordination: Return unused packaging materials properly; transport finished goods to the warehouse; manage lot tracking with scanners. + Equipment Operation: Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) with valid certification; perform machine setup and cleaning; submit work orders as needed. + Support & Training: Provide backup in scaling, mixing, and equipment operation; assist in training new workers. + Math & Reporting: Perform simple calculations, read spec/formula sheets, maintain correct date codes, and report scrap weights. **Essential Skills** + Comfortable working with raw ingredients + Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations + Read and record written instructions + Experience working in a food manufacturing plant is helpful **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401K plan after 60 days of employment.
