This role involves preparing and assembling products to specification, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The position requires flexibility with working hours, including potential overtime. **Responsibilities** + Prepare and assemble products according to specifications. + Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements. + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. + Ensure cases and pallets are configured safely and in accordance with standards. + Maintain scheduled production to meet team business goals. + Maintain regular and consistent punctual attendance. + Notify management of any potential food safety or quality issues. + Deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. + Demonstrate attention to detail. + Understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards. + Work overtime as required, even on short notice. + Adapt to a flexible schedule based on production needs, with starting times varying up to 2 hours before or after the standard time. + Possess basic math skills. + Operate manual and automated processing equipment. + Communicate with management regarding any issues, whether work-related or personal. + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and perform other duties as required. **Essential Skills** + Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. + Attention to detail. + Understanding of written and verbal policies, guidelines, specifications, and safety standards. + Ability to work overtime as required. + Basic math and English skills. + Effective communication with management. + Adherence to strict safety, food security, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in general labor, packaging, food production, and food manufacturing. + Knowledge of food industry standards and food handling. + Ability to perform heavy lifting. + Experience in labeling. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire role offering significant opportunities for upward mobility.
