**Machine Operator Assistant**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to assist in our metal manufacturing operations. This role involves supporting laser operators, loading and unloading materials, operating overhead hoists, and providing assistance across various departments. Successful candidates will not only engage in physical tasks but also contribute to a dynamic team environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist laser operators in their daily tasks.
+ Load and unload materials efficiently.
+ Operate overhead hoists to move materials safely.
+ Provide support and assistance to operators as needed.
+ Procure necessary tooling for operations.
+ Work collaboratively across multiple departments.
+ Handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience.
+ Strong job tenure and reliability.
+ Proficiency in machine operation and general production tasks.
+ Experience in packaging and assembly.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Exhibit good attendance and a strong work ethic.
+ Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team player.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
