Job Description

Work for a leading manufacturer of high-precision injection molded plastic components, specializing in tight tolerance automotive parts used in safety-critical applications, electronic components, fuel systems, steering systems, and drivetrain components. We are frequently seeking reliable workers for a variety of general production positions.

ResponsibilitiesOperating Injection Molding Machines– Running and monitoring machines that produce plastic parts.Inspecting Finished Products– Checking parts for defects and ensuring quality standards are met.Packaging and Labeling– Preparing finished goods for shipment or storage.Maintaining Clean Work Areas– Keeping machines and workstations clean and organized.Following Safety Protocols– Adhering to company safety guidelines and procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.Previous labor or production experience preferred.Work EnvironmentFacility operates on a 2-2-3 shift schedule, with shifts set months in advance. 1st shift runs from 7AM to 7PM, and the 2nd shift runs from 7PM to 7AM. $12-$15/hr - dependent on experience.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Meadville, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $12.50 - $15.00/hr.
