Job Description

We are seeking Jumper Cable Assemblers and Antenna Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have warehouse experience and the ability to stand for a 10-hour shift.

ResponsibilitiesMechanically assemble various antenna/jumper/connector products and package finished goods for shipment.Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.Learn and follow Q&EMS Policies, Procedures, and Instructions.Support efforts to minimize environmental impact by adhering to waste management program procedures and following safety protocols to prevent chemical spills.Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Ensure resources are applied efficiently and effectively to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.Ensure team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements.Follow escalation procedures for quality concerns.Ensure the team is aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities.Train coworkers on cross-functional activities for products and processes.Work positively with support functions to fully define processes, procedures, and controls relevant to team activities.Provide support and input to continuous improvement activities within the team.Perform solder assembly (pin and through-hole) of antenna products.Ensure the quality of products handled is optimal.Remain productive in a high-paced production environment.Meet and/or exceed production standards for throughput and first pass yield.Assist in minimizing environmental impact and preventing pollution through recycling efforts and proper chemical management.Exhibit punctuality and exceptional attendance records.Essential SkillsAbility to stand for a 10-hour shift.6 months of warehouse experience.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Reliable transportation.Additional Skills & QualificationsHS Diploma or GED.Experience with order picking, order selecting, material handling, inventory, picking, packing, general labor, loading, unloading, pallet jack, RF scanner, shipping, and receiving.Ability to lift between 40-50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods of time.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liverpool, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.98/hr.
