Job Description
Join our dynamic team in creating flexible packaging for food & beverage, cosmetic, and personal care products. As a Production Worker on the 2nd shift, you will play a crucial role in running machines, setting up, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality production.
Responsibilities
Operate machines, set up and troubleshoot equipment.Read and follow daily press schedules to meet production goals.Accurately record activities in documentation and daily log books.Set up and document run conditions for each job completed.Use tools efficiently and minimize waste during job setups.Interpret customer orders and artwork accurately.Scan and process all materials entering and exiting the machine.Run orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards.Mark and document press stops, splices, and misprints.Remove and dispose of defects and flying splices responsibly.Monitor print quality using the AVT System.Maintain cleanliness of the press and surrounding area.Report any mechanical issues encountered during shifts.Regular attendance is required.Prepare and direct press assistants for staging the next job.Assist in training and teaching responsibilities.Essential Skills

Work Environment
Work in a clean, organized, and climate-controlled environment. The 2nd shift operates from 2pm to 12:30am, Monday through Thursday, with potential for overtime on Fridays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
