Our client, a leading manufacturer in the production industry, is seeking a Machine Operator/Material Handler to join their team. As a Machine Operator/Material Handler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator / Material Handler
Location: Woodbine, Ga 
Pay Range: $17.87/hour

What’s the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and/or load and unload materials in a safe and productive manner

Handle material and equipment for production as directed

Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper PPE use and ensuring safety devices are functioning

Conduct visual inspections of products for quality assurance

Perform housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks within the work area

Ability to operate production or material handling equipment

Strong attention to safety and detail

Physical ability to lift, load, and move materials

Basic understanding of quality control practices

Flexibility to follow supervisor instructions and perform varied tasks
