Adecco is currently hiring **Machine Operators** for a busy manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with opportunity for long-term growth. **Location:** Warminster, PA **Shift:** 2:45 PM – 11:30 PM **Type:** Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner + Load/unload materials and finished products + Perform quality checks through visual inspections + Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE + Maintain cleanliness of the work area + Complete tasks as assigned by the supervisor **Requirements:** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently + High school diploma or GED preferred + Entry-level – no prior manufacturing experience required + Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed + Must pass a background check + Physically able to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, lifting, and twisting **Pay Details:** $19.33 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
