**Job Title: General Production - 3rd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Masker and Racker/UnRacker in a dynamic production environment. The positions involve communication, safety maintenance, and efficient operations to support production goals. **Responsibilities** + Enable effective communications between management and employees. + Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies. + Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates to support operations. + Create cutouts from Catia models for new and old parts. + Inspect masking on completed jobs. + Track and transfer jobs to the next process upon completion. + Assist the masking department when needed. + Perform masking verification for new parts from the quality dashboard. + Contact customers for blueprints and Catia models as needed. + Apply masking tape, caps, plugs, and liquid maskants to parts based on work instructions and blueprints. + Inspect parts for damage or defects prior to masking. + Follow detailed technique cards and purchase orders for masking requirements. + Communicate with inspectors and supervisors regarding masking concerns or quality issues. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Assist in other production tasks as needed such as cleaning, prepping, or post-processing. + Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. + Determine priority of jobs to prepare for processing. + Select appropriate racking procedures based on size, shape, and number of objects to be processed. + Clip or hoist objects to rack for processing and remove parts from rack after processing. + Complete paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines. + Ensure proper PPE is worn and safety guidelines are followed. + Maintain a clean working area by disposing of unnecessary trash or wires. + Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly. **Essential Skills** + Experience with masking and racking processes. + Ability to apply masking techniques based on blueprints and work instructions. + Basic math skills. + Problem-solving abilities. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Flexibility to work in multiple departments, particularly between Racking and Masking. + Adaptability to a fast-moving environment. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy job security with a steady pipeline of work, ensuring long-term employment stability. Personal Protective Equipment, such as safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and a respirator, is provided. The environment may have odors from chemicals. The schedule is primarily the 3rd shift, Sunday to Thursday from 9 PM to 5:30 AM, with possible opportunities for 1st and 2nd shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.76 - $20.76/hr.
