Pediatric Associates is seeking a full-time General Pediatrician or experienced Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our Orlando Regional Float Team. This position provides pediatric care across several well-established Orlando-area offices, including Alafaya, Lee Vista, Red Bug, Conway, and Rio Pinar/Loop.

This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety without unpredictability—offering a consistent, centrally managed schedule, strong clinical support, and the stability of a physician-led pediatric organization.

Physician Qualifications (MD/DO)

MD or DO Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Pediatrics residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Current, unrestricted Florida medical license Current, unrestricted Florida DEA license

Pediatric APP Qualifications (NP/PA)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a general pediatrics provider Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Board Certified Current (or ability to obtain) unrestricted Florida license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
