General Office Clerk
Description A growing company in the retail industry is looking for a reliable and organized General Office Clerk to join their team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This onsite position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform a variety of administrative tasks to support daily operations. Primary Responsibilities: + Perform data entry tasks with accuracy to maintain organizational records. + Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring professional communication. + Assist with filing, document organization, and maintaining an orderly office environment. + Process orders, invoices, and administrative paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. + Support scheduling efforts by coordinating appointments and meetings for staff. + Handle mail distribution and manage shipment coordination for office-related deliveries. + Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and directing to the appropriate team member when needed. + Assist with other administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements Desired Qualifications and Skills: + Experience: At least 1+ year of clerical or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory. + Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in administration is a plus. Skills: + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments. Competencies: + A proactive and positive attitude in assisting team members and handling daily tasks. + Problem-solving skills to address operational and customer service challenges. + Ability to work onsite and adhere to company policies and procedures.
