Summary Job title: General Office Clerk Job ID: 202588100003 Department: Tulsa - CED Location: OK-Tulsa Description Summary: We are looking for a highly organized, team player to provide administrative and clerical support to help maintain an efficient office environment. This position requires attention to detail and great communication skills. Reports to: Profit Center Manager Minimum Qualifications: + Ability to operate office machinery including photocopier, ten-key adding machine, telephone, and computer. + Excellent English verbal and written communication skills + Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) + Understanding of basic bookkeeping. + Ability to file documents both alphabetically and numerically. Preferred Qualifications: + 1+ years in a prior accounts payable and/or accounts receivable role Working Conditions: + This position operates in a professional office environment which may require sitting for extended periods. + Position requires routine use of office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, filing cabinets Supervisory Responsibilities: No Essential Job Functions: + Answer telephones, route calls, and take messages as needed. + All Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP) functions. + Open and distribute mail. + Prepare outgoing mail. + File records (both paper and electronic) per company standards. + Handle sales registers and cash receipts. + Research credit memos. + Control record retention. + Monthly GLD reconciliation. + Balancing of cash drawer + Taking bank deposits as needed (in your personal vehicle).
