General Marketing Manager, Consumables
Amazon is looking for a self-motivated and data-driven Marketing Manager to help develop and grow our Consumables business in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business, with specific focus on driving external traffic acquisition, social media engagement, and building long-term brand equity through influencer partnerships.

The successful candidate will develop and execute both performance and brand marketing strategies, managing acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives across external digital channels including social media platforms, influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and paid social. This role will work closely with Amazon's central marketing team and Ads organization to optimize our external traffic initiatives while building sustainable brand presence in the consumables category.

We're seeking a candidate who can balance performance metrics with long-term brand building, bringing deep experience in influencer marketing and external traffic acquisition. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive measurable business results.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing and partnership strategies that drive both immediate performance and long-term brand equity
• Lead monthly performance analysis and reporting across marketing channels
• Build and scale influencer programs, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance management of creators
• Drive strategic marketing campaigns and seasonal events, integrating influencer content with broader marketing initiatives
• Spearhead conversion rate optimization initiatives with focus on repeat purchase behavior
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ads, Vendor Management, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams
