Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive image of the company at all times while in uniform or representing the company
Oversees daily operations of the company
Work with Director of Operations and Human Resources regarding staffing needs related to turnover and attrition
Oversees and conducts regular performance reviews for franchise sales and operations team
Conducts interviews, hires, and assists in training new employees for the operations and sales department
Coach, motivate, develop and manage team of movers, drivers, trainers, and sales team
Acts as the point of contact for customers, establishes a rapport and builds confidence in the company???s services
Complies with all DOT, FMSCA, and OHSA regulations and guidelines
Adheres to established safety rules and regulations and follows all safety procedures while maintaining a safe work environment
Completes and schedules regular safety training courses, webinars, and developmental programs for self and assigned franchised operations and sales employees
Responsible for completing Safety Submission tasks and reporting to Corporate Office monthly
Oversees and Conducts monthly Operations Meetings with Ops and Sales Team
Makes recommendations according to customer???s needs on moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment and other value-added services.
Conduct pre/post trip truck inspections and moving equipment inventory
Accurately calculates the charges for services and completes all move-related paperwork, collects payment and secures at the office
Works with Sales Team regarding issues regarding booked moves or job sheets
Trains new movers, drivers, and trainers in all aspects of their job throughout the work day and documents with individual training checklist
Oversees all damage claims for the company
Provide immediate feedback to employees on all opportunities for improvement
Communicates with Director of Operations on new employee progress including abilities, strengths, and weaknesses daily
Conduct regular job-site service evaluations and safety checks; provide feedback and coach on best practices to ensure high level of customer service and safety

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
