: Manages, directs and coordinates all activities of a retail location. Controls food cost, labor and supplies while maintaining our high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrates awareness and understanding of food, beverage, and labor objectives by communicating issues regarding waste, portioning, scheduling, etc. to employees ... Handles complex customer complaints or inquiries
Interviews, selects, hires, schedules and trains employees according to season and business need
Uses past sales numbers and projections to order supplies and products from commissary
Ensures proper training of all employees
Appropriately handles human resources issues according to company and regulatory guidelines
Has financial responsibility for food costs, labor costs and kitchen supplies
Ensures high customer service standards are being met by employees
Requires employees to adhere to strict guidelines regarding store cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation

High School diploma or GED
At least three (3) year's supervisory experience in a foodservice or retail environment OR one (1) year's experience and a bachelor's degree in a foodservice or business-related field

Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
Strong customer service background
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
