This role is responsible for leading managers and team members in delivering an exceptional guest experience while upholding company standards in operations, human resources, and financial accountability. The ideal candidate builds strong relationships with clients, team members, and home office partners. They foster a positive, high-performance culture, hold teams accountable to standards, and ensure operational consistency at every level. Operations Leadership Lead day-to-day operations to ensure consistent, high-level guest service Hold managers and team members accountable to established service standards Ensure quality, presentation, and hospitality standards are maintained at all times Conduct regular FOH and BOH walkthroughs for every event Ensure team members have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and partners Respond to and resolve guest service issues promptly and professionally Develop and recommend menus, promotions, and programs aligned with brand standards Partner with operational and support teams to drive efficient performance Create and execute marketing plans to grow sales Lead and oversee achievement of location business objectives Financial & Operational Controls Drive daily sales and meet assigned cost and budget goals Develop and manage budgets that support profitability and service excellence Oversee inventory, purchasing, cash handling, and product cost controls Ensure all required daily, weekly, and month-end reporting is completed accurately Maintain strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and operational systems Team Leadership & Development Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop managers and team members Use performance management tools to provide ongoing feedback and accountability Mentor department managers to strengthen leadership capabilities Promote a cooperative, high-morale work environment Conduct regular team meetings to ensure open communication Model a positive, professional attitude at all times What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage high-volume operations Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control Experience overseeing inventory, reporting, and compliance standards Ability to evaluate food and beverage quality Comfortable working flexible schedules, including extended shifts as business demands Strong English reading, writing, math, and computer skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods Why Join Us This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive operational excellence, and make a measurable impact on guest experience and financial performance.
