What are we looking for?
\nBasic Qualifications:
\n\nMinimum of 3 years as a Hotel General Manager, or 2 years as a Hotel Manager, at a full-service property with 350+ rooms and $30M+ in annual revenue\nDemonstrated experience managing labor relations and union partnerships\nProven success overseeing large-scale convention and conference operations\nSkilled in cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with ownership groups\nSolid commercial acumen with expertise in financial oversight and revenue optimization\nPassionate about creating a culture of service excellence and experienced in mentoring and developing high-performing teams\n\nPreferred Qualifications:

Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company and the Company's long-term incentive plan.
\nThe annual salary range for this role is $260K - $280K and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
