Job DescriptionLead all pre-opening activities including recruitment, training, budgeting, and operational setupDevelop and implement strategic plans to ensure a successful launch and long-term profitabilityBuild and inspire a high-performing team aligned with brand values and service excellenceOversee all departments: Rooms, F&B, Spa, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, EngineeringEnsure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and sustainability goalsEstablish strong relationships with ownership, brand representatives, and local stakeholdersDrive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial resultsThe Successful ApplicantProven experience as General Manager in luxury hospitalityPrevious experience in hotel openings is highly preferredStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsCommercially savvy with deep understanding of P&L and revenue managementFluent in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus)Culturally aware, elegant, and service-orientedStrong relational skillsAble to handle the complexity of a large-scale resort (230+ rooms)Collaborative and humble leadership styleExperience working with ownership structuresWhat's on OfferCompetitive market salary.
