**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager - P&C with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and a background in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts. No travel is required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the team in managing and overseeing Property & Casualty insurance operations.
+ Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with company goals.
+ Oversee the processing of Auto
+ Claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
+ Utilize MS Office tools to generate reports and analyze data for decision-making.
+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
+ Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
+ Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
+ Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and best practices.
+ Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the day-to-day operations.
+ Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.
+ Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
+ Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and retention.
**Qualifications**
+ Must have strong technical skills in MS Office.
+ Experience in Auto
+ Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance is highly desirable.
+ Should have excellent leadership and team management skills.
+ Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
+ Should have a proven track record of achieving business targets and objectives.
+ Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
+ Should have the ability to adapt to changing business environments.

**Certifications Required**
Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred.
