General Manager Marketing

Job Summary:

The Marketing Head / GM – Marketing will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing and business development initiatives across domestic and international markets. The role involves formulating strategic marketing plans, driving sales growth, developing new markets, and leading the marketing team to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in domestic and export markets.Oversee product positioning, branding, and promotional activities to strengthen market presence.Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.Collaborate with the production, R&D, and quality teams to align marketing efforts with product capabilities.Plan and execute annual sales targets and marketing budgets.Guide, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales team for performance excellence.Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.Provide periodic reports and forecasts to top management.
