WHAT YOU BRING  

3+ years of proven leadership experience.  You’ve owned performance and driven results A natural coach with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Physically capable of being on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to work in weather extremes, and a wet environment with flashing, colored lights Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic tech tools
