The Property
The Hilton Nicosia is in the business district, within five kilometers of the city centre — home to Cyprus Museum, A.G. Leventis Gallery, and Shacolas Tower Museum and Observatory. Preference for proven experience as a General Manager with Hilton experience, in a full-service hotel environment with track record of credibility and trust with owners & stakeholdersExperience of operating in Greece/Cyprus is preferred and proven commercial acumen to deliver owner return and meet expectationsPassion for delivering memorable guest experiences that reflect the brand promise A track record of driving innovative commercial growth, particularly in food drinkHighly visible leadership style that builds strong teams, partnerships, and networks in the local communityDemonstrated communication and leadership expertise to support the continued development of the team and alignment with Hilton culture and networkStrong business acumen in budget management, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning Resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent Fluency in English (spoken & written) & there is a preference for Greek.How We’ll Help You Thrive
