This exciting General Manager position will be responsible for leading the conversion, managing the Hotel, the Hotel Management team and deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while managing profitability and meeting our Owners expectations\. **The Role** This exciting General Manager position will be responsible for managing the hotel, Hotel Management team, the refurbishment masterplan and hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while managing profitability and meeting our Owners expectations\. **What will you be doing?** Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: + Lead and manage the overall hotel operation, acting always in the best interest of the hotel and Hilton + Provide exceptional leadership to all Team Members, embedding Hilton culture and values across the property + Ensure full compliance with Hilton Brand Service Standards and respond to audits to drive continual improvement + Lead all aspects of business planning, including the development of short‑and long‑term strategic objectives for the property + Deliver achievable hotel budgets and ensure strong financial and operational performance + Manage ongoing hotel profitability, ensuring revenue, guest satisfaction and Team Member engagement targets are met and exceeded + Drive commercial performance across all revenue streams in line with market opportunities + Ensure effective cost control while maintaining service quality and brand standards + Lead all key property initiatives including capital projects, refurbishment, and asset protection + Oversee customer service excellence and operational quality across all areas of the hotel + Manage, lead and develop the Hotel Executive Committee to ensure strong performance, career development and effective succession planning within Hilton + Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD team to ensure alignment, engagement and effective execution **What are we looking for?** The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on Owner relations, Commercial and Operations, guest experience and Team Member engagement\. Enthusiastic and passionate, you will have current experience as a General Manager within a similar quality hotel\. A General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members\.
