General Manager (GM) Enterprise Solution has job role to oversee the analysis, design, development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous evaluation of IT solutions that support the business processes of enterprise functional/business units in alignment with the company's vision and mission. This role will also be responsible for driving innovation and adopting best practices in line with the latest technology trends, such as leveraging AI, to enhance business value and support the company's strategic initiatives. A key aspect of this role involves acting as a strategic IT Business Partner, leveraging a broad understanding of IT solutions to effectively translate business needs into impactful technology strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions aligned with Kompas Gramedia’s vision, mission, and strategic goals. Act as a strategic IT business partner to functional units and business groups by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of IT solutions, to translate business needs into impactful digital solutions and technology roadmaps. Ensure close collaboration with stakeholders to drive alignment, solution adoption, and value realization across the organization. Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring standardized governance, effective execution, and on-time delivery of IT and enterprise projects. Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and projects, providing regular evaluation, reporting, and recommendations for optimization and innovation.
