Lead the commissioning process for power/energy projects from start to finish, ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet performance standards. Develop and implement commissioning strategies, plans, and schedules to achieve project milestones. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to coordinate commissioning activities and resolve any issues that may arise. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and reliability of commissioning activities. Oversee the testing and troubleshooting of power systems, equipment, and controls to identify and address any operational deficiencies. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during the commissioning phase, including training and knowledge transfer. Prepare comprehensive commissioning reports, documentation, and as-built drawings for handover to operations and maintenance teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices throughout the commissioning process. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize commissioning processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall project efficiency. Lead post-commissioning reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture key insights and drive future project performance improvements. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Certification required: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
