Minimum requirements:
Degree in Agriculture or Business Management 10 year's experience in a general management position Soft citrus experience is essential  Experience within the pack house  Strong technical and compliance experience Experience with budgeting and managing of expenditures  Experience with strategic direction and continuous improvement Experience with managing performance and development of employees Fluent in Afrikaans and English Stable working history
