**Role Overview** **Sodexo Corporate Service** s is seeking a passionate and hands-on **General Manager/Chef Manager** to lead our food service operations at **Novartis** in **Morris Plains, New Jersey** . This is a unique opportunity to oversee a dynamic culinary program that includes: + A **Corporate Café** serving breakfast and lunch + **Catering operations** for daily needs and special events + **Pantry services** supporting workplace hospitality **About the Role:** As the on-site leader, you’ll serve as both **General Manager and Executive Chef** , with a focus split approximately **70% culinary** and **30% administrative/operational** .
